Glenn is a resident of Cumming, GA where he's lived for over 25 years.    He moved to the North Atlanta area 40 years ago and considers himself a southerner at heart.   

He spent his late grade school years in East Cobb county and went to Georgia Tech for his undergrad, earning a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.   He also attended Georgia State University where he earned his MBA.   

Glenn excelled in various roles in corporate America for a number of years until 2019 when he began a new chapter of his career in real estate starting as an investor with properties in Georgia and Florida and subsequently attaining his Georgia real estate license to help others with their real estate ambitions.     

Senior downsizing is a passion for Glenn, recognizing the challenges faced by our seniors community with the daunting task of moving from a large home, filled with a lifetime of treasured possessions, to a smaller home to meet the needs of the next chapter of their lives.    He has a YouTube channel (Downsizing North Atlanta) dedicated to educating the senior community on the best ways to successfully make this common transition.    He is also recognized as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist by the National Association of Realtors.

Glenn loves the weather in the North Atlanta area and can often be found outside running, hiking, backpacking, or going on long walks with his beloved wife Sharon and their two goldendoodle puppies, Teddy and Scampy.
